CLO Business Intelligence Report

Every other month throughout the year, CLO magazine administers a series of brief Web-based surveys to the Business Intelligence Board on a variety of topics. These surveys gauge the issues, opportunities and attitudes that make up the diverse role of a senior learning executive. This report, the CLO Business Intelligence Industry Report, is the culmination of this research activity. Rather than simply restating the results that have previously been reported over the past year, the data from the individual surveys have been reanalyzed as a comprehensive group. This collective analysis has provided the opportunity to identify trends and subgroup differences, as well as inconsistencies in results that were not evident when the survey data was analyzed separately.

The annual Salary Survey looks at how certification affects salaries, as well as how much IT professionals with specific IT certifications earn. The Salary Survey also discusses various certification preparation practices and how much certified professionals pay to earn their credentials. In addition, surveys offer profiles of the average respondent, views into global salaries and salaries based on specialization, as well as how various issues, such as outsourcing, are affecting IT professionals.
